2 weeks agoPerfect slice of heaven in Vale, NC. It’s not easy to find a breakfast place open on a Sunday morning in the South, but lucked up being in Casar and finding Norman’s! I went thinking I would have to do take out since a lot of people had mentioned it was take out only. That has changed since when they were here because they have a fair amount of seating! I grabbed a table and was immediately greeted, seated and able to order, even though they were busy with morning rush! Super fast service and very polite and helpful! Biscuits and gravy with a side of country ham was the order of the day and it was so delicious!! A clean plate is a good sign! Price was amazing and it was the perfect spot to fuel up before heading to a hike nearby! They even filed me up with a sweet tea to go!

a month agoBurger was good 👍 handmade, not frozen is a plus in my book! Meatloaf special was good, a little greasy. Staff were friendly and helpful! They treated us like family! We will be back!

7 months agoIf I could write this place is zero Stars I would yeah I know it takes money in the world to eat at restaurants and stuff but when you go to somebody in person and ask them face-to-face hey could you help me out for me and my family not even for me before my daughter mainly and they tell us know that's a crying shame so I go to the store and I get blessed with a little bit of food missing one key ingredient and that's jelly so I'll stop back in and ask this place if they had any strawberry jelly to go home and eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches she told me know which knowing they do then cusses me and tell me to leave my parking lot and I said nothing wrong but it was lighting a cigarette and leaving they are very bad and very rude up there I will need that even if I was paying knowing what I know now and I bet the food is horrible

8 months agoBest place to enjoy a chuck wagon steak sandwich. Huge sandwich. Great price. Absolutely delish. Highly recommended. Definitely get your moneys worth ! Mark Brigman took me there for the 1st time. We were repeat customers. ❣️

9 months agoMy husband and I were very disappointed in our food. I had a chef salad but there was no eggs, cucumbers or croutons and a very small amount of tomatoes. It did have a sufficient amount of ham though so there was that.. My husband got a grilled chicken salad, the chicken was nearly inedible, very mushy and bland. Maybe they were having an off day, it happens. On a lighter note, the staff could not have been better, very nice people.

11 months agoI had the BBQ sandwich, the meat was done nicely. I didn't care for the BBQ sauce. While It had a slight taste similar to ketchup. Pretty decent slaw, not bitter. The beef brisket was super tender. The gravy had a good flavor. My husband gives a thumbs up to the sweet tea. The deviled eggs were "surprisedly good". All the staff was friendly. I like getting the check with the meal...that really makes my day.
